MUSEUM OF PEOPLE'S FRIENDSHIP

The 7th Republican Festival of National Cultures began with a bright and colorful procession of representatives of national diasporas. Participants of 53 meetings, uniting people of 27 nationalities, walked along the central streets of old Grodno. Their large family was replenished with new members. Belarusian Bulgarians, Indians, Palestinians, Kabardins, Balkars joined the festival movement. The associations of Kazakhs and Chuvashes have expanded their representation.
“A trip to the national courtyards” became the most vivid, lively and memorable episode, which can also be called like this: “One day and 27 weddings”. Traditional weddings according to all customs and rituals have become a "highlight" at every courtyard.
