The third festival received an honorary status - All-Belarusian. It was held during the meeting of the third millennium and the celebration of the 2000th anniversary of Christianity in the Republic of Belarus. The guests of the closing events in Grodno were representatives of the leadership of Belarus, Poland and Moldova, Lithuania, Israel, Estonia, Turkey, representatives of the embassies of Russia and Ukraine.
As a good memory of the holiday, the Friendship Square, laid by representatives of national associations, remained in the city.
